I had a flat tire today, and there's no spare in my car, I guess there's no where to put one, go figure. The leasing company sent a 'recovery' van, which was not a tow truck, even though I told the guy on the phone that I did not have a spare tire, so I had to leave a very generous colleague with my car, ride with the recovery van man to the 'tyre' place designated by my lease company, to have them only have an expensive version of the weird sized 'tyre', and then lease company drag their feet deciding if they'll approve the tyre.
